SUDO question. don't need root execution

Hi, i'm wondering how can i configure sudo so that it doesn't allows executing stuff as root, just as a specific user.
I have a script that a user can execute as sudo, but i don't want the user to be able tu use sudo -u root.

Is this possible? i'm guessing it is....
