è assurdo ho compilato le qt4 e si è fottuto tutto, ho fatto unmerge delle qt e ora non mi reinstalla piu le 3.3.8...e kdelibs in ogni caso prima dell'unmerge mi chiedeva di attivare il supporto thread alle qt...ma come si abilita??! non esiste nessuna flag USE a riguardo..
qualcuno ha qualche idea? |

Miii... quanti problemi 
Allora, 1 cosa per volta:
- compilato qt4 -> cosa intendi per "fottuto tutto"?
- perchè hai rimosso le qt? che versione?
- che errore ricevi nel fallimento della reinstallazione di qt-3.3.8?
- che c'entrano le kdelibs? stai provando a rimuovere anche questo pacchetto?
E' meglio se fai un pò di chiarezza riguardo ai tuoi problemi, altrimenti ci risulta difficile aiutarti.

ciao, puoi per favore spiegare passo passo tutti i passi che hai fatto da quando le cose andavano ad adesso, ed allegare anche l'output del comando emerge --info (se non parte il sistema grafico su linux, avvia la macchina e da un altro PC collegati in ssh sul tuo PC e lancia emerge --info)

Oppure puoi fare il chroot da un livecd come nell'installazione e postare da lì.

allora avevo kde perfettamente funzionante...ho fatto un emerge qt e mi ha installato le qt4 mentre kdelibs richiedeva le qt3...poi avendo fatto un bootstrap kdelibs mi chiedeva di compilare le qt con support thread... a questo ho pensato di unmergere le qt4 pensando che fossero loro il problema, ma ho fatto un casino perche ho unmerso tutte e due hahahah e successivamente provando a rimettere le qt3 mi dava no report error o.O a quel punto mi son girato le palle e ho dato un emerge -c kde-meta un --depclean e ho fatto un revedep-rebuild...bootstrap...emerge -e system...e ora tutto ok
