I'm trying to configure latex using texconfig but at some point, I get this error:
/usr/bin/texconfig: line 1106: vi: command not found
I don't use vi, but nano, how can I fix this?

Seems like it wants to use vi for some random reason. See if you can switch the editor it uses. Or you can just give up and emerge vi. _________________ An apple is an apple unless you say it is not an apple! |

I found an article that says to run texconfig, select the PREF option and edit the EDITOR option, but I don't see any PREF option in the menu after running texconfig...
Nevermined, it was talking about the environment variable EDITOR, "export EDITOR=nano" fixed it for now... |
