Ok First I'm speaking french but I can't stand operating sytem in french .. ( I'm too disapointed when using them  )
Here are my problems ... :
First I can't have all specials chars well diplayed while working in console (But it's working whith xterm console )
Second, the problem is not evrywhere ! For example, I can get special charecteres working under gAIM or other programms but not under Nautilus or some other programms
Anybody has an idea ?

did u try to select UTF8 as your primary character set in the kernel configuration?

Have you got your keyboard set up properly in XF86config? The xfree website has excellent documentation on this.
