Im unable to compile anything on my box  Even 3rd part program.
Make runs fine but when i run make install as root it does the same of make and so it doesn't install anything 
Yestarday I have changed bios clock coz it was in the future..Maybe is that the problem?

Could you perhaps provide us with a little more information, such as what you're trying to compile and exactly what error message is displayed?

Check your $PATH. Does it include /usr/local/bin or anything you've passed to ./configure?
