network printing

Does anyone know of a good FAQ or guide to getting a network printer up and running under CUPS? I have a cable router (Belkin) with 2 pcs connected to it, and one has a printer, and the other doesnt. I would really like to be able to print off of the computer that doesnt have a printer onto the one that does. I know I could buy a printer server, but thats extra money I dont have, and I know there must be some way to do it in software, but I tried for a few hours myself and also tried looking for a faq, but neither worked out ): . Btw, both are gentoo using KDE 3.0.1 and both have CUPS installed. Thanks !
