hallo,
ich möchte auf einem Rechner, den ich ein paar Monate nicht mehr in Benutzung hatte, das System neu bauen. Mit "emerge -uD system" lief auch erstmal alles durch, aber bei "emerge -uD world" streikt plötzlich ein Teil mit dem Namen "pixman". Das log sagt folgendes dazu:

Hat jemand einen Hinweis, wie ich das loswerde? Das Teil gehört irgendwie ins Umfeld des X-Servers, und ohne das kriege ich auch KDE nicht neu gebaut.

wie sehen denn deine LDFLAGS aus? - ich hatte so etwas ähnliches schonmal, was denn am "--as-needed" lag ...
Wenn deine LDFLAGS jungfräulich sind und es net klappt, vllt mal x11-libs/cairo neubauen...

Laut diesem Thread könnte es helfen x11-libs/cairo mit dem Flag X zu emergen.

Die Vermutung, daß cairo da irgendwie dazwischenmurksen könnte, hatte ich natürlich nach dem log auch. Das hat bloß nix gebracht - ich habs dreimal probiert.

Tatsächlich, das hat geholfen. Ich habs erstmal mit
| Code: | | USE="X" emerge cairo |
probiert, das brachte noch nix, aber die Eintragung von
in die /etc/portage/package.use hats dann getan.
