kdemultimedia + svgalib dep failure workaround

Hello All

Possible current snafoo w/ current portage, and it's a simple workaround to avoid it (and a good reason to not mask this build - fix is forthcoming).

if you get any errors from a failed svgalib do the following:

emerge -i media-libs/svgalib-1.4.3-r1

then re run your kde emerge (or better do this before you try it).
