Witam
Mam problem gdyż nie mam opcji "Wireless LAN drivers (non-hamradio) & Wireless Extensions" (CONFIG_NET_RADIO) w kernelu i przez to nie mogę wykompilować wielu programów do obsługi karty wifi, m.in. nie mogę wykompilować net-wireless/ieee80211 i sterowników do karty wifi.

Dla formalności wrzucam jaki błąd mi wystąpił mi błąd:

Wystaw gdzieś twojego konfiga z kernela to się rzuci okiem co jest nie tak.

Z tego co się dowiedziałem, to w nowych kernelach tego nie ma, ale jak teraz zrobić aby działały pakiety wymagające tej opcji?

Nie wiem czy to przejdzie, ale może spróbuj po prostu gdzieś na końcu dopisać CONFIG_NET_RADIO=y i spróbować zainstalować te twoje aplikacje ? I dziwna sprawa wiesz bo ja instalowałem ipw3945 i nie czepiał się o to mimo, że tego nie mam, a moim zdaniem powinien :)

ta sztuczka działa z madwifi-ng (wiem, bo mam), ale czy ieee80211 nie jest już czasem częścią kernela?

No w sumie teraz zauważyłem, że ieee80211 w paczkach to jest to samo co w kernelu.
Na razie wszystko ok.
