I can't seam to restart apache after having updated

Here is the error

Code:

/etc/init.d/apache2 start
* Starting apache2 ...
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

I can't seam to figure out what the issue is. anyone as an idea?

Edit:
solved by adding Listen *:85 to /etc/apache/httpd.conf
