Hi.
earlier I was unable to compile qt, unless one guy here said to use
USE="-opengl", because it seems like opengl problem. I used it and finally build qt. After that i want to finish kde, and did
Code: | USE="-opengl" emerge kdegraphics | (because emerge kdegraphics failed, and I unmerged previous package). So, this is what I've got:
Code: |
/usr/lib/libGLcore.so.1: undefined reference to `glTexCoord2hNV'
/usr/lib/libGLcore.so.1: undefined reference to `glVertexAttrib1fvARB'
/usr/lib/libGLcore.so.1: undefined reference to `glVertexAttribs4hvNV'
/usr/lib/libGLcore.so.1: undefined reference to `glProgramEnvParameter4fvARB'
/usr/lib/libGLcore.so.1: undefined reference to `__nvsym16906'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

opengl again. Because of it I was unable build kde 3.11, and now the latest. I'm running out of patience. Maybe this problem is deeper than I thought, and why opengl? Help me guys, I'm tired to see these strange errors.. _________________ Shw |

I am having a similar problem, on a pentium 3 laptop, kde will not compile. it seems to be a problem with gcc - regardless of optimisations it fails.
The problem, is that gcc 3.2.1 will not compile gcc 3.2.2 either..... _________________ TL-60 2ghz x2 laptop, 2gb ram
