|
|
this is an odd question, i bult my own computer and then drank lots of coffee.
I've forgotten exactly whats in it. Is there a way to check how much video ram i have, its either 256 or 512
and i'm pretty sure i have one stick of 1024 mb ram and one stick of 512 but am not sure
are there any commands to get this? I have an nvidia card with the binary drivers
thanks,
Michael

If you have X running you can check your video RAM by
Code: |
grep -i Memory: /var/log/Xorg.0.log
|
For normal RAM you can do a
to see your RAM in MBytes. _________________ A)bort, R)etry, I)nfluence with large hammer. |
