|
|
I succesfully installed the 3rd stage of Gentoo, a few days ago. Ever since I did the installation, I have been practicing and learning linux commands and utility tools. However, I would like to get into the graphical interface (GUI) now.
It seems that when you install Linux-Gentoo is does NOT contain any programs, right? Other Linux flavors (Red Hat, Debian, etc) come with some default software from the begining.
Where could I get a Gentoo graphical interface and the installation instrucions?
I would appreciate your help. Thanks. |

Many programs ARE installed, but obviously not any GIU apps ... not everyone wants a GUI. Don't assume that the Gentoo suit has only been tailored for you my friend _________________ Someone told me that "..they only ever made one mistake...."
...and that's when they said they were wrong!! |
