Font size changes from login to login

I've got a strange problem with my gentoo-box. I'm running KDE, and my default font size throughout KDE is 13. But normally when I log in the font is way too big, I then log out and log in a few times, og suddenly the fonts are the right size.

But if I log out again and log in it changes back to being too big, and I can start all over.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, my gentoo is up-to-date and I use xfs.

I'm also experiencing this problem. Did you ever find a solution?

No, but haven't noticed it the last few days, maybe it has stopped by itself (or after my last emerge -up world)
