Hi gurus
I would like to ask you, what do I need to connect to internet through modem.
I used to surf when I was at university, but now for the summer I go home. Especialy what deamons do you guys use, or which is the best. It would be nice to point me to some HOWTO's, because I newer tryied this before. Thank's a lot.

I thing that the connection will be 59kb/s, not an ADSL or ISDN. Just normal modem connection. But not sure for now _________________ Never forget, that amateurs build Noe Arch, professionals build Titanic. |

Get an ISP
Next look at /etc/conf.d/net.ppp0 (or similar)
run /etc/init.d/net.ppp0 (or similar)
Sorry about the vague filenames but I'm at work at the mo. |
