hi,
my old mainboard broke, i renewed it and the nic is onboard, of course with a new mac address.
udev (i guess) assigned the name eth1 for it, which is a understandable behavior. now since the old mac is gone forever i would like to make my new nic eth0. how can i do that? didn't find it in the docs. a pointer is sufficient.
thanks |
