Problems with exec and vsftpd

Hi can anyone tell me how to configure vsftpd to use the command "site exec" i just can use the command umask and chmod.
I want to start an unrar-process with a FTP-Client on the Server can someone please help me?

Not sure that you can as that is a security risk.
