Ok guys, i just did a emerge --sync and i found out that, while libmtp has been un masked (and i can confirm, IT WORKS), something happened to the njb use flag.
For who does not know, njb is a protocol to access some olter mp3 players (like my creative microzen) and mtp is a protocol to access new mp3 players (like my creative Zen or the Zune).
Now, i can fully report that libnjb works GREAT on my player under sparc. I am using Amarok with the "njb" use flag set and its great.
Why has the use flag been (-njb) like this? Now, if i rebuild amarok to supoprt my Zen (with useflag mtp) i will loose support for my old player and i do not want it! Is there a reasno why njb has been removed?
I am happily working with the following:
=media-libs/libnjb-2.2.5 (in my private overlay since its not even hard masked)
And i used to have "njb" in my use flags.
but now if i rebuild amarok i will lose njb support because of the (-njb) flag. _________________ Willy Gardiol
