I have a triple monitor setup, which was directly configured using nvidia-settings, but the fonts are way too big. I've got all the paths to the fonts, and everything, but I can't figure out why the fonts are huge... I also followed the instructions at gentoo-wiki.com about Fonts...

Yup, sounds to me like you need to have a look at your font settings, DPI in particular.
