Hello,
I am using an external script with a udev rule for some usb serial devices I am using with my machine. Everything works fine except at boot, because udev runs before my filesystems (and thus the script) are available.
Is there a way to either tell udev to wait until my filesystems have been brought up, or to re-run udev event handler after?
Many thanks.

Problem solved, the modules in question (ftdi_sio and usbserial) have been installed as modules, rather than in kernel, then added to /etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6, and the option implicitly_blacklist_modules_autoload in udev.conf set to "yes", so the devices do not become "active" until autload runs. |
