Where did net-setup go?

Hello, I just ran an emerge -u system... and it toasted a lot of my config files (must be doing something wrong) so I've had to set everything up again. When I went to setup networking though, the net-setup program has disappeared! Where do I emerge that one from ?

I always thought that this program is only on the install CD. Just edit /etc/conf.d/net by hand, it's not that hard.
