Hi, Assuming a laptop screen is currently blank (DPMS), aside from keyboard or mouse activity, are there any other events or activities that would cause the screen to automatically unblank? Thanks

what are you trying to accomplish?

you could unblank the screen with

Code:

xset -display :0 dpms force on
