Any luck finding "xporthdmv" and "ldecod" ? need those too.... |
Nothing new on my side...
I guess we should perhaps open a new topic, which would give us more visibility rather than appending an old topic... |
this is working for me:
Code: |
mencoder -vf format=i420 -rawvideo w=1920:h=1080 -ovc raw -nosound -of rawvideo -ofps $fps -o 00008.yuv 00008.MTS
ffmpeg -r 25 -s 1920x1080 -i 00008.yuv -sameq -target pal-dvd -r 25 -s 640x360 00008.mpeg
|
no need for xporthdmv and ldecod the problem is that mencoder sometimes processes some frames wrong (with artifacts) this is strange PS3 and camcoder shows video OK it looks like AVCHD is not fully implemented (?)
this is what I get from mencoder on wrong decoded frames:
Code: |
[h264 @ 0x8614cd0]cabac decode of qscale diff failed at 108 51000 [0:0]
[h264 @ 0x8614cd0]error while decoding MB 108 51, bytestream (30685)
|
hope it helps... |

Thanks for that, but the resulting video is flickering, green and purple, showing the original image 4 times...
Perhaps I'll have more luck in showing in the various options, but, hell, what a bunch of options mencoder & ffmpeg are offering to the user ! I don't even understand 10% of them.
I think I'll have to wait a while for AVCHD to handled properly. At luck, AVCHD is the winning format in the HD DVD/Blue Ray war... |
