I recently installed adesklets-0.6.1-r1 and I'm having trouble getting the desklet installer to work. This is the error that I get every time I try to run it:

It looks like there is a bug currently open for this issue here, but there have not been any updates on it. Anyone else experience this issue and/or know how to fix it? |

I just downloaded the desklets directly from the internet with a browser. I put them in a directory in my home folder, ran them from the command line, and adesklets asked me if I wanted to register or test them. After making sure that they worked, I told adesklets to register them and they now start whenever I give the 'adesklets' command. I think I may have had a problem with the installer as well.
