Converting a live filesystem from ext3 to ReiserFS

Just wondering if this is even possible and if it is how I should go about doing it. By live I mean that there's already data on it that can not be erased. However, it is possible to unmount that filesystem for the conversion. Any hints, besides copying the data somewhere else and then writing it over to a reiser formatted system ?

I don't think it is possible. AFIK the only way to do it currently is to copy the data off, convert and copy the data back.
