I upgraded my proftpd server to the newest version and now I can't connect. I can't login or anything. The config file didn't change at all. Anyone know what is wrong? |

Can you post log entries showing the failure? |

Sorry, I'm new to proftpd, where is the default location for the log files? |

I don't have proftpd installed, but look in /var/log/. There may be a proftpd.log file or a proftpd/ directory. |

Nope there isn't, the error I am getting is a failed login. It doesn't like the usernames and passwords for some reason. I told it to use unix users in the proftpd group and added two users. |
