During an emerge --deep --newuse --update world the package media-libs/amrnb was being upgraded from 6.1.0.3 to 7.0.0.0 but the fetch failed:

My mirrors don't seem to have anything to do with penguin.cz, but just in case; as set in make.conf the mirrors I have selected are:

I don't expect anyone on the forums to have access to penguin.cz or to read Czechoslovakian; but do you know where I can get?: amrnb-7.0.0.0.tar.bz2
Or is there another place/way in which I should look to solve this problem?

Ok so I Googled for the file, downloaded it, moved it to /usr/portage/distfiles, and then tried again to emerge the package. Emerge did not use the copy I downloaded; but did download and install a copy, from a completely different place. I don't know if I overwrote something, or if something got fixed somewhere external to my computer. It is about midnight in Wisconsin where the mirror I use is located.....
