Is this an AthlonXP you're compiling on?

Hi,

I've exactly the same problem and my mashine is a P4 Mobile 1.8 GHz. I've also tried to emerge openoffice without any optimized CFLAGS, but to no avail.

If you find a solution to this, I'd be keen to know.

Maybe it wasn't the same problem in the end. The error had the same number, but it didn't say segmentation fault. Anyway, my problem actually was due to a full disk. After freeing some diskspace, the compile worked flawless.
