3c940 driver not working

I downloaded the driver for the 3com 3c940 lan adapter that's on my asus motherboard.
It compiles without error but when I insmod it gives me an error.
The error: unresolved symbol __udivdi3
Anyone got a clue on what to do to get it to work?

No one here knows how to fix this?
I'd realy like to get this working since it's making my system useless.

I started building Gentoo from scratch, now it's working.
