I have burnt the gentoo PPC64 cd many ways: using the disk utility on the mac, using another burner program on the mac, i even installed windows on my mac and tried using nero to see if that made a difference.
I have tried holding down 'C' when i reboot. It sounds like the MAC is reading from the disc but doesn't go into the boot disk. Just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem i'd appreciate some tips. |

Hi.
If you have a recent iMac, I think it should have an Intel Core2Duo. If so, you should be using the x86 or the amd64 live-cds. _________________ Jorge.
