Dove vado a lggere all'interno del filesystem /proc lo stato up oppure down di un'interfaccia di rete generica (ppp0, ethX, wlanX)??

Non proprio, ora per vedere se un'interfaccia è up oppure down lancio semplicemente il comando
pensavo che lui prendesse le informazione da qualche parte, ma dove? in /sys/class/net/...?
