Good day alL!
I am new to this forrum.I have been working with linux for years now(CentOS,Suse).
Can I ask you to help me install Gentoo on a SGI please?
I have a live CD that boots, installed portage + stage3.Problem is that it is complaining lack of space.I formated my 3 SCSI ultra's,18Gig drives & created new partitons.
The card is a Odisey therefor its not loading X...no GUI but that does not matter for now...I wanna perform a full premanent installation
Can someone please help me?
Thanks in advance,

I'm a bit confused as to where the "lack of space" problem is occurring... At what point in the installation are you getting this lack of space problem?
Also, how are your partitions set out? Perhaps we could have a df -h of the mounted filesystem volumes? _________________ Stuart Longland (a.k.a Redhatter, VK4MSL)
I haven't lost my mind - it's backed up on a tape somewhere...
