I must be doing something wrong. I've moved from xfce to gnome, as I have heard good things, and overall I have been pleased, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to have say a submenu of "Action Games" under a submenu of Games. I cannot believe it is not an option somewhere.

you're looking for 'alacarte', which is included with recent gnome versions |

I'm not looking to create or move menu items manually. I'm wanting to click a button once or edit a menu file once I do not want to be editing menus if with alacarte I can add "ActionMenu" etc once and then *all* games I install there afterwards if could be the answer. Does Gnome not offer this functionality. |
