error compiling oregano 0.69.0

Hello gentoo world.

I'm not able to update oregano (from 0.40.5 to 0.69.0)
/etc/portage/package.keywords with "oregano ~x86"

The SConstruct file is missing, which is equivalent to the Makefile.
When a Makefile is missing, it is often a problem with unpacking the files.

Check in /var/tmp/portage/sci-electronics/oregano-0.69.0/work and see if you can find any SConstruct file.
