HI,

I can't get my scsi CDRW working dmesg | grep scsi give me this

dmesg | grep scsi
scsi0 : AdvanSys SCSI 3.3G: PCI Ultra: IO 0xDC00-0xDC0F, IRQ 0xB
Attached scsi CD-ROM sr0 at scsi0, channel 0, id 3, lun 0
sr0: scsi3-mmc drive: 6x/6x writer cd/rw xa/form2 cdda tray

If I do cdrecord -scanbus I get this error

Cdrecord 2.01a14 (i686-pc-linux-gnu) Copyright (C) 1995-2003 Jrg Schilling
cdrecord: Read-only file system. Cannot open '/dev/pg0'. Cannot open SCSI driver.
cdrecord: For possible targets try 'cdrecord -scanbus'. Make sure you are root.
cdrecord: For possible transport specifiers try 'cdrecord dev=help

Tried creating a ln -sf /dev/scsi/full path/ /dev/pg0 I still get the same error.

Thanks
