im having a really dumb problem...
so the installation goes fine until i get to configuring the kboot bootloader.
i can edit the kernel label but once i need to move on, i cant go anywhere.
the instructions ive been give say 'press ctrl + X, then Y to save and exit' but doing just that does nothing, in or out of insert mode.
its probably somethings really simple and im gonna look like an idiot, but if anyone can help it would be MUCH apreciated!!
thnx in advance! |

Which editor are you using?
If you are using "nano", you should press Ctrl-X to exit. It will ask you if you want to save the file. You type "Y" for yes, which will save the file.
If you are using VIM, the keystrokes will be different. _________________ Casey Bralla
