Compile error

I keep running into this error when compiling some programs (K3b, Guarddog so far)

!!! ERROR: net-firewall/guarddog-2.0.0 failed.
!!! Function kde_src_compile, Line 123, Exitcode 2
!!! died running emake, kde_src_compile:make

I'm going to try and emerge -u world tonight to see if that helps anything, but I wanted to ask here first.

That isn't the actual error. We need the output from above what you pasted to suggest a solution.
