Cups wont emerge properly

Hi there. In an attempt to emerge kdebase-startkde this evening, but kept getting an error when it tried to emerge cups.

I can't really seem to figure out what the problem is from the build log, so I'm really counting on you guys

Moved from Installing Gentoo to Other Things Gentoo.

It could be a bug (consider reporting it), but I suppose you can workaround it for now by disabling php USE flag for CUPS.
