Compiz-fusion setting change on restarts, crashes, random

For some reason, my compiz settings change all the time. Why is this? How can I prevent it from occuring. Specifically, the move, resize widgets turn off and that is a pain in the arse. others such as dbus, fuse, seem to turn off randomly as well. Is my install messed up or is this a common occurance?

It occurs frequently to me when I play with CCSM, especially for the resize plugin. Don't have a good explanation or a workaround to make things work like they should.

This post should help you, although I don't consider it a proper solution.
