So I'm having this weird problem with Audacity. I load up a file and play it, the play-position indicator thing moves and the volume meter things move around doing their thing, but there's no audio output at all. When I run it in the console, same thing, with no error messages. Any ideas? Thanks much.

Try going to audacity's preference and select ALSA as your output device.

| Hmm... for some reason earlier all of my choices weren't showing up on the output selection. Had it set to ALSA...IEC958 because nothing else was available. Fixed... thanks! |
