Hi all.
After upgrading the kernel from 2.6.22-suspend2-r2 to 2.6.24-tuxonice I encountered this message when booting.
I didn't think much of it, but since then I was not able to read or change the cpu freq or governors.
I am not sure if this is related or not, but using the same kernel configuration as on suspend2 didn't yield any results.
Much appreciated.

They're not related. Compile in the P-States cpufreq driver and see if the problem goes away as far as cpufrequtils is concerned.

I've had the pnpacpi error for quite a while. Can't really help you there :\

Thanks for the response, I enabled the P-states driver and it solved the cpu freq issue.
I am still having issues suspending with Kpowersave for some reason. I can, however, suspend using "hibernate -f" from console.
Kpowersave only locks the screen and does nothing...

Well, after trying a lot here, I couldn't really make my laptop hibernate or suspend to ram.
All this started after I updated to the latest TuxOnIce kernel, when I was using suspend2 all was working well.
Did anyone encounter any of these issues? I really don't know where to go from here, I just couldn't solve these issues.
Any help will be appreciated.
