quick mail question

I have a rather big amount of imported email for a user, about 15mb, I'm fairly sure 98% of it is spam, and the spamassassin(+razor)+clamav works excelent. But is there any way I can scan a directory? (that is, scan mail already "in").

Would be great if anyone could point me to a script / method to "procmail everything to myself", so it'd run through my /etc/procmailrc, and filter out some of that crap
