Bugs in freeswan install

Hello,

I'm having some problems getting freeswan installed. No real surprise, as it requires an insane amount of knowledge to configure (got my CA setup correctly now at least).

One of the stumbling blocks has been the install config for ipsec.d. By default it is installed at /etc/ipsec/ipsec.d , but the keys and certs are searched for in /etc/ipsec.d by the ipsec executable. Perhaps the ebuild should be changed?
