Gentoo 2008.0 and kde4

Hi everyone, this is my first topic on gentoo forum, and i'm not a gentoo user yet, but I'm tired of my upgraded and slow Ubuntu so, looking for a distro made to measure for my laptop, my choice was Gentoo.
Anyway, I was wondering if in the upcoming stable release there will be avaiable by default KDE 4 or the more stable kde 3.5???

KDE 3.5. Please notice that Gentoo does rolling updates, so the "release" is merely a snapshot.
