No video playback

i have a strange problem, i just emerge -u world, and now no video plays back. xine and vlc say that it is an unsupported vodeo codec, all audio plays just fine thou xine and vlc, i have reemerged xine-ui and xine-lib with the proper use flags. the videos were playing back fine right until i updated my system, nothing else seams wrong with my system. the videos are xvid, divix and h264. all throw the same errors

there are no errors on the emerge, i just found out that mplayer works just fine so its a xine and vlc problem. there also seem to be meny fewer options on the xine video options then there used to be.
