prova ad eseguire libtoolize --copy --force dopo aclocal e prima di autoconf.
EDIT: se cerchi qualcosa su bugzilla su questo argomento c'è da rimanerci male.

si ma con libtoolize funziona, volevo sapere come eliminare il bug senza ripetere il comando ad ogni progetto |
