hey all
Quick question, I have eth0 and eth2, eth0 is my wired and eth2 is wireless...
Is it poss to make mol use eth2 instead of eth0?
If so, how would I do it??
Basically I wana use wireless through MacosX, This is on an iBook G4 btw

I'm no expert on network configuration, so feel free to flame me if this is wrong, but afaik mol uses the tun device to get the network packets out of the virtual machine, masquarades them and then sends them out via the routing table to wherever they are adressed, the same way it is done with network packages originating from the physical machine. So, mol isn't bound to a specific interface but uses your existing network setup to send out the packages from OS X. If your network is set up to use wireless, then it should also be used by the virtualized MacOS. |
