OWA proxy/server

Hi,

Following problem...

Is there a following solution. A proxy/server between OWA and standard POP/IMAP client?

So that my server would have proxy/server running and I could connect to it using standard email client (thunderbird for example) and the proxy/server would translate everything so that I can use my company's OWA through my server and therefor through thunderbird or mobile.

Problem of using just OWA is that it is a little problematic when using over a mobile connection (needs to be online all the time)

IMAP/SMTP are not offered from our exchange, only OWA and native exchange...
