Does anyone know of a good and open source web based document management system.
The features I'm looking for are:
- Web based
- Support any and all file formats.
- Preferably support conversion between different file formats (.ODT => .DOC or .ODT => .PDF etc)
- Handle revision history of the documents.
- Easy user management.
- Easy access granting of ones document(s) to an other user.
- Nice looking interface (The rest of the staff@office are Gates-worshipers and require GUI, not functionality).
Any pointers would be appreciated.
Cheers

I'm not aware of something that does absolutely everything that you want, but you'll get some mileage out of Google Docs.
Free to sign up to and use, and simple to share documents (for viewing and/or editing) so all your colleagues will be able to use it.

Thanks for trying to help but this is not for personal usage, the repository would include highly sensitive corporate documents and that excludes off-site storage and management.
