I'm getting the following error after hours (/sarc) of install. I'm not sure where to go as I believe my USE flags are correct.

You can check effective USE flag with "emerge --info".

Nevermind, I added the USE flags and recompiled PHP. I then emerged cacti and all is gravy. Thanks.
